Where is my order?
Open the Orders tab in the app, or the tracking link in your text. You get a notification when it starts cooking and when it’s ready.
I need to change or cancel an order
Call or text (956) 351-9503 with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Payment didn’t go through
Nothing is charged unless the order is placed. Try again, or use a different card or Apple Pay. Still stuck? Text us.
I’m not getting notifications
On your iPhone go to Settings → Notifications → Cajun Creations and allow them, then check the toggles in the app’s Account tab.
The app says the beta expired
Open TestFlight and tap Update next to Cajun Creations to get the newest version.
