Privacy policy

We collect what we need to take your order, get it to you and let you know when it's ready. We don't sell your information, and we never see or store your card number.

• Orders: your name, phone number, pickup time, what you ordered, any notes, and (if you check in) that you're on the way or here and the car description you give us.
• Payments: handled by Square (card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay). Your card details go straight to Square; we only keep Square's payment reference and the order total.
• Promo codes: the phone number a one-time code was used with, so it can only be used once.
• Catering requests: the name, phone, email and event details you send us.
• App beta sign-ups: the email address you give us to receive your invite.
• App notifications: if you allow them, your phone's notification token, which alerts you turned on, the spots you favorited and the orders you're following.
• Website visits: the page viewed, the referring site and your browser type, plus Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.

• Location: only if you allow it. The app uses it on your phone to show how far you are from the truck and, if you turn on nearby alerts, to notify you when you're close. Your location is not sent to us.
• Profile photo and birthday in the Account tab are saved only on your phone.
• Your cart, saved name and phone, and app settings are saved on your phone to speed up checkout.

• To prepare your order, take payment and text or notify you about it (confirmed, cooking, ready).
• To tell you where the truck is when you've asked for those alerts, and to send deals only if you turned deals on.
• To answer catering requests and to send your app invite.
• To understand which pages and menu items people use, so we can improve.

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run our business for us:

• Square (payments), Textbelt (order texts), Apple and Expo (app notifications),
• Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Neon (our database), and our email provider for invite emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep order records for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your other information at any time.

• Turn notifications, location or nearby alerts on or off any time in the app or in your iPhone's Settings.
• Ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.

Our website and app aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
